I cannot find a payment for that order in paypal. Did you receive a transaction ID on your payment? The order is still unpaid and we have no record of a payment from you on paypal, if there were I would manually mark the order paid for you. Please check your payment, and send me the transaction ID please.
There is never an auto-renew on our Prime Membership. We do not keep any form of payment information on file such as card numbers. So there is no issue there.
I've been finding Paypal is a bit slow getting the verification through at times lately, it sometimes takes as much as half an hour for me. Then there was the time I thought I had completed the order, but never did the final step. You need to make sure that paypal actually charged you first, then as I said, it hasn't been instantaneous as of late. If it is still pending today it sounds like something else is going on.

I can't believe it! You have GOT to be kidding me! This was my TWENTIETH purchase since June!! I don't remember having a time in the past 19 purchases where you have not been paid (ALL via PayPal)... and yet here I am. Now I have to wait until Friday or Monday?! You are so afraid of losing $25 that you are running me off as a customer. What is the deal?! WHAT OTHER online retailer makes people wait hours or days for a digital purchase - with payment through PaPal?!
I would just say "F You" and ask for a refund, but the things I got from Silver are awesome so I want them. Aside from one item I want from Anagord, I will no longer be shopping Renderocity. You DEFINITELY do not care about me as a customer, why should I even shop here.
One of my July purchases was a Renderocity Prime Membership. Is it possible that you can give me a prorated refund on that? You obviously do not want me shopping here and now the feeling is mutual. In reality, I found the Prime membership to not be that valuable anyway. Much of the time the sale price was lower than the Prime price. I even had to write a helpdesk tkt once because I was charged the higher Prime price rather than the lower sale price!
Please cancel any auto-renew you might have on that Prime membership. Can you send me confirmation that has been done? Thanks for a miserable start to my Thanksgiving holiday!
