Hi: Just bought myself a 10.00 gift certificate with my points, but everytime I apply the code I copied into the checkout it says it isn't valid or is expired.

I guess its possible I copied the wrong info, but I don't think so. Is there a place in my profile I can get this info out? I would like to check out today if possible since one of the items is for valentines day.

Hi,

To view your GC go to your 'My Account' under your Avatar then at the top of the page click the 'Gift Certs' tab. Copy this code and past it into the second box during checkout, making sure that there is NO spaces before or after the code and hit Apply
