Subject: Strange behavior in DS 4.10

lwanmtr ( ) posted Tue, 09 April 2019 at 2:47 AM · edited Sun, 12 January 2025 at 5:30 PM

I have a model thats rigged to move some parts and rotate others. In Poser it works just fine, but imported into Daz 4.10 and whe I translate the moving parts, they seem to snap back to their 0 position, yet the children stay in their correct location...Also when I change the slider, the part seems to snap to the transformed location until I release...this effect happens when I select and move any of the parts.

Here is a link to a video showing the issue

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks

What type of rigging are you using here?

What do the weight maps look like?

its converted to triax (daz's default)..and my weight maps are all good

Ok, I figred it out, When using xyz transforms on bones, it had to be converted to standard weight mapping, rather than triax.
