I suspect this figure is Daz studio by the looks of it, I'm interested in obtaining the the chest clothing and the cape, I'm having trouble finding it at Daz FB_IMG_1592451434271.jpg

This is a total custom sculpt from top to bottom. It says costume concept at the bottom middle text which means this is by the person listed in bottom right corner. I am pretty sure this was probably created in Zbrush or another modeling program and rendered in Maya...
