Subject: Lack of Basic Cut and Paste

For some ungodly reason, the cut and paste command in my Poser refuses to work. I can't copy specific body parts or props and paste them in other documents, or even in the same document. Is there some option that I need to turn on or off or am I simply doomed? Thanks.

Poser's Copy and Paste feature lets you copy a shaped body part and paste the shaping Parameters onto another, or from one figure to another. It is not intended to copy objects to external programs. You have made a reasonable assumption, its just that the program is not designed that way.

... which is a right royal pain. The best solution (at least for props) is: 1) select item 2) add to prop library 3) create a new instance 4) delete from prop library Haven't tried it with body parts. Probably won't work.

When you copy and paste, it's the dial settings that you are copying and pasting, not the meshes.
