just something i started for an animation im drawing out this creature will be somewhat smaller than an elephant and more muscular trying to decide what to do with the mouth ?

I think a vertical slit would work great for this guy. That's what came to mind when I saw him :) Looking great so far Trav. Tom

so far it is very low poly and probally will stay that way since its a sub d model alot of polys wear needed not allot other places the face awill have a few wrinkles but other than that ill use a displacment map for body wrinkles

heres the basic outline of the body with no detail or armour jus the form ready to be shaped into the body will make adjustments in size and shape and add a tail

Interesting. He's looking a little gooey around the edges there, Trav. :P Did you consider the trunk of an elephant/aardvark as possible ways to go? Perhaps the unfriendly shape of an insect's mandibles? At anyrate, very cool looking so far!

yeah i just threw a clay body on there to see where i wanted to go not sure ill even finish this one ! loosing intrest in it oh well thanks teyon btw we think alike aardvark was a thought that crossed my mind later
