Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 25 9:50 pm)
Since they are all seperate parts . I would use the material editor the dotted sqare with a dot in it on your poser interface and then select each part and assign material then just give each part and new mat name (Mic,stem, housing, battery, ect) then close that window and then re-assign the textures to there parts. then export, and making sure you keep existing groups and maerials. then once saved you can import that new obj. when it loads it shoudl have the correct textures still just the wrong size. all you will need to do then is scale it. and save it as a prop. i would also save the pz3 just in case. then do a new document and bring the prop in from the prop library you saved it in and then a model and then parent it to the modle then save again under a different name . poser will ask if you want it to be a smart prop say yes and viola! a dumb prop and a smart prop,
Looks cool, I can use that. Did you think of making the mic arm bent instead of straight? So it curves in toward the mouth a little?
