I created the airy splash at the bottom of a waterfall by creating a terrain, eroding it, and then hitting the spikes dot a few times. I then applied the polluted water default texture, made it a tad more transparent, duplicated the terrain and moved it slightly off center and applied a cloud texture. You have to experiment with the cloud textures because some look better close up than at a distance and vice versa.
