Nice image, I was wondering how you put the animation together. Specifically the smoke trail. Could you have used a rotating light object linked to the back of the missle instead using the aurora filter. I guess that wouldn't have the repetiton of smoke pouring from the fuselage... Was the missle set to flow force in a specific gravitational direction? I have 1 more question involving a technique I weas considering using to make flownf water w/metaballs. I was thinking of creating morphing metaball that flows down a riverbed encompassing the width. By repeating the sequence and overlapping the paths of the recurring metaballs I was thiking you might be able to create a riverbed. Can you please tell me how to overlap the sequence as in the smoketrail used here? Thanks.

Must've slipped my mind...but it's the thought that counts...

Hi Spacey to create the the smoke trail i used a particle stream with the smoke preset and tweaked the texture and transparityand reduced the size of the particles, i then added a cylinder of fire around the base of the particle stream and put a blur filter on the particles of 20%. I havnt used the metaballs much yet, hope that helps DRS101 :~)
