From what I understand the Lightwave MetaNURBS system is very similar to subdivide smoothing, so I decided to do a test. I created a Plastic Duck... Not pretty, but look at the stats--- 42 Polygons 50 vertices And this puppy renders in a flash. Creating the cage then moving vertices took about 5 minutes. Any thoughts on the matter? ken ![dork.gif](http://www.renderosity.com/~carrara/emoticons/dork.gif)
