Description
Although Kodak Photo-CD does its best it is not easy to get orange on the screen. But hey, no wonder, orange is a color that can NOT be represented on an RGB-screen (and representation on paper is even worse in CMYK, although color-systems as Pantone offer special inks that can be used to print orange correctly) because it does not belong to the gamut of RGB-colors. Although this slide is old you should see it and compare it with this picture on screen, you would be overwhelmed by the warm tones.
Back in the 80ies and early 90ies I shot many sunrises (as the very beginning of my gallery shows) and this one is shot with reflections of the early sunlight on the water of the Rhine close to Rhenen where the notorious Grebbeberg is situated, a location where many soldiers died in WW II (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_history_of_the_Netherlands_during_World_War_II for more information about this tragedy).

It is these kind of images that remind me of how beautiful and impressive our world is. You could sit nearly anywhere and just watch and hear nature doing whatever nature is supposed to do, and you would never get bored. As someone said: "Real Life might be tricky compared to computer games. But it has better graphics."
