I started Brycing in November of 2003 after being introduced to it through the owner of www.mulawa.net, Peter Hewitt. He created a set of tutorials and sent a group of us a book called Advanced Bryce Creations. His generoisity has led to many hours of joy for me as I create the images you will see in my gallery.
I was able to start Brycing because I no longer worked as a CAD drafter at the local foundry which lost most of its business to overseas businesses. My husband supports me for the time being but says when he retires, I get to go back to work so we have health insurance. We will see :D
Stats: Female, married, no children, brown hair, hazel eyes, glasses, drink Bacardi Limon and diet Pepsi(have since given this up...I still miss it, lol), love to golf, camp, play PC games and Bryce. I used to love to tend my garden so that's where my nick came from...Burpee Seeds.
Boring? Maybe but I'm happy :)

I'll assume that in the midst of the fray, both combatants dropped their shields and picked up whatever they could find. There, guess that explains the shield mix up. :-) Excellent work Nancy!

Surperb - love the dark moody colours and sense of movement.

The blur in the BG does make it stand out in the FG much better. Maybe as one would, Exhausted from the days lingering battle would be having blurred vision and near collapse, Excellent Work Nancy!!! 10+++++

This is a fabulous action scene, Nancy! I don't care at all whether it's hysterically correct. Who's to say which unfolding of history this represents? Super Job!!
efron_241
very good image.. in battle they just took new shields if their own had fallen, so .. that is the excuse you have next time :)

It happened during the fight and they grabbed the first shield they could to protect themselves. It's not their fault they ended up with the shield from the wrong side. ;o) Excellent action image. Bunny

A superb battle scene and you captured the 'bloody brooding' atmosphere perfectly. CC

I heard about a new movie that was almost entirely shot in a warehouse in Canada of a battle of medieval times with computer graphics.this would qualify as a scene for sure.stunning composition and Hopalong to the rescue
