Description
Branta canadensis), also referred to as the Canadian Goose[1], belongs to the Branta genus of geese, which contains species with largely black plumage, distinguishing them from the grey species of the Anser genus.
I took these in Las Vegas 2 weeks ago and they were very friendly toward humans probably from being fed a lot.I thought this one was being a ham about posing for me
I went to Arkansas and Oklahoma yesterday for a drive through Talemina scenic drive and there was heavy fog on top, but I was still able to get many excellent views of Autumn leaf colors

Luckily they were friendly, I had a couple of African geese that would chase anyone but me out of "thier" yard, excellent closeup shots of a beautiful bird!!!!

Great collage Richard, there are quite a few Canadian Geese on the lake near where I live, I must have a trip up there some day soon, they are also very friendly, especially if you have some bread for them. Excellent photography, the clarity and detail are exceptional. Bravo!!!!!
