Description

took this last night.I was outside taking sunset pictures and quit.I noticed a glow while watching TV and flew on the roof.then the whole western sky was lit up I took my old dog yesterday to be put to sleep because he could hardly stand up and I know he was in lots of pain.I hated to do it.he was with me for 13 years and was 17 years old.I went to the shelter and got another dog also.she is a German Shepperd mix and very tall dog. My other dog was growling at her several times but they were playing last night thanks for viewing and any comments

Gorgeous sunset. So sorry to hear about your dog. At least you gave the new one a home. So many do not get homes. My oldest cat is 16 and I dread the day he gets that ill.

Sorry about your Buddie having to have to be laid to rest :( I Lost a cat [Orange Tabby] a few years ago, and I was very emotional. we had that special bond between human and animal we connected. and it was real sad that "Red" died. this is a very gorgeous sunset Richard! take care.... .

Fabulous sunset--- but very sorry about your dog, Richard. I had to do the same to my Tibetan dog, he was twenty years old and a tad cantankerous to the end. The way I wish to go! Excellent work with the sky shots as always!!!!!

Wow!!!!!! Superb capture Richard! What a sky! I can't see the sunsets here due to all the trees:-( Sorry to hear about your dog, good that he is no longer in pain but I know how you must have felt. Good that you got another so soon, it does help and I personally feel you are honoring your other dog by doing so:-) Sorry also to hear about the homes there and I agree this admin needs the boot...long ago!!!
