took this in Nevada trip before last thanks for viewing and any comments I do not know for sure about the rich red color of the flamingos, but it maybe due to them being inside out of the direct sun

That sky is just like our California sky during the summer. As pretty as it is, sometimes you just wish for a cloud to pass by for contrast. :-) Great shot.

It has something to do with the food. They are red because they eat some kind if scrimp. Wonderful capture!

I love seing pictures of rough and rustic nature. I can't remember that i ever saw a sky as blue as the one on this shot. Amazing clear blue color. We don't have that kind of nature in Denmark where i come from. Everything is green.. almost no rocks or mountains.
