morning all :o)
this wasp was annoying me in the kitchen ,so i stunned it and took it outside for a small photo shoot .no wasp was hurt during the capturing of this shot .he flew away :o)

Brilliant macro's Mick, awesome Triptych with great colour, detail and each one a different pose, like the first how it has tilted its head. not my favourite creatures but very good photography!

Lol @ Andrea, swat him and take his photo. It suprises me how much swating these fellows can take and still get up and fly off. I must admit I use a rolled up paper and still they get up and fly off. Superb macros Mick, I have never noticed before but on yours the wasp has three little bumps on its head in the shape of a pyrimid, I wonder if they all have this? I must go and check mine out. Excellent work and super presentation. Bravo!!!!!
