Description
Full size view recommended. I think it's one of those images that "pops" in full size.
When I made "My Kingdom", some weeks ago (link below), I already had plans to use that beach and water again. Here it is now, "The Colony". I changed the water and the atmosphere. All buildings made by me (not my talent, really, but I'm learning).

That water is superb, but I like even more how the buildings look large and distant, and the lonely little figure for scale--a wonderful image!

First, the view is spectacular. One can feel as small as the human character in front of that amazing landscape. But what I appreciate is the most is that you´ve chosen to maintain that isolated island with colorful plants; it´s the perfect contrast and the perfect balance both technically and conceptually speaking for the whole scene.

This has to be one of your best sci-fi images yet Artur...the level of detail and the grand sense of scale are amazing,and your modelling work is great...the water is very convincingly portrayed,and the ships in the distance show you've taken every area of your image into account!This has the look of a classic sci-fi novel's cover art...well done my friend!!
