My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Beautiful snow-capped Mount Jefferson sits elegantly and serenely atop the flatlands in this lovely shot, Tara! Trivia factoid: If the heads on Mount Rushmore had bodies, they would be 500 feet tall. Sweet dreams during your nap, my dear!

...well - I could be wrong here ( it's happened before ) -- but I think this shot aptly illustrates how the relatively flat surrounding land - suddenly drops off.................quite a pretty Mt Jefferson out there -------- yeah, - it'll blow some day.

This is what I love about RR, getting to see places I'll never get to in person, and doing through the eyes of folk you sort of half know. Brilliant, thankyou, Tara!
