Description
This dedication is for my friend Clayton, or better known as KatesFriend. Clayton does a great job at both Poser and Photography work in the gallery, and works well in both. One thing you will notice is he has a great sense of humor, and can always find a way to make people laugh. Literally every time he comments on my images I can't wait to hear what he has to say because I know it's going to make me smile. So many times I've seen in his comments where he refers to his sister Chris and the fun they had growing up, and I sort of feel like he is a kindred spirit because of the love he has for her just like I have for my sister Veronica. When I asked to do a image for him a while back his first response was to tell me this story about his sister Chris, that took place before he was even born. Puppy Come From She Bum (For KatesFriend) : When Chris was a toddler she was very close to their black lab named Belle who was pregnant with puppies. Some kids learn about that facts of life from either their parents or at school. Well Chris learned about them first hand through her experience with Belle. Lately Belle had retreated back under the back porch of their house between the boards where no one could reach her. No one except Chris that is who managed to crawl back to check on her beloved Belle as she was giving birth to her puppies. Chris was amazed and helped out in her own way with the delivery during this sacred moment. When it was over Chris gathered up one of the puppies in one hand and a apple in the other hand and walked in the kitched where her Dad was. He looked around and Chris said to him (She Puppies Come From She Bum !) I tried my best to capture the moment that Chris was there with Belle, looking on.

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!! HOW CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh me! This reminds me of when I was about 6 years old and my dog Susie had about 3 litters of puppies in one year!! We loved those puppies to death! Hopefully this cutie gets to keep her puppies unlike me..> We had to give ours away... I love this image! So sweet!

Fantastic dedi to Clayton and a most excellent rendering Dave. Kids are so much fun and it's great to see their world through their eyes sometimes. Omg iv'e not laughed at an image like this in a very long time, it's not that the image itself is hilarious it's the way children speak, they are so innocent and when they come out with things like that it makes me laugh and laugh. I sat here looking at this for ages just imagining the awe in which this precious little girl was in, such a tender moment in time for her. You really captured the story beautifully Dave and your characters are perfectly posed and adorable!

You have a wonderful expression of awe on Chris's face, she looks so cute. I like how you have portrayed the dog being in a dark place but I had to laugh at her puppies, big variety there. Well Dave, you know how I love these four legged critters, so you know it's a fave right off the bat! You have SO totally captured the essence of the story, Belle's face has such a trusting and loving look as she gazes at her pups and at Chris. Chris's face is just glowing with happiness and surprise at how wee things come into this world! The lighting is superb! Just as I'd expect it to be under a porch! And those wee puppies!
