..and nothing is going on but snoring in front of the TV. :) This is one of my favorite Poser pictures ever because it *is* mostly Poser, the light came out well... and I just liked it. Bryan left the light on for his roommate Nathan ( who is going for a doctorate in mycology, which is why Nathan has pickled mushrooms on the desk). The other members of Elliott dorm call Nathan and Bryan's room "The Compost Heap" because of the "bug and mushroom" majors and the fact that usually the room is a total mess--Nathan's girlfriend Staci cleaned up a little before she and Nathan went out to another dorm to play a dice role-playing game, which is why you can see the floor.
Bryan was worried that he would have nightmares, but instead he's having a very pleasant dream about the Library Angel. (you'll see what that is later).

BTW Mapps did the shampoo bottle, the mushrooms and jar, the walls and the toothpaste on the desk,and Nathan's desk stuff and his biohazard wastebasket. I did the label on the shampoo. Plate and Bryan's chair is by Traveler from RDNA.
I have no idea where that chair came from, the stuffed one. Nathan probably got it off a curb somewhere.

You are right. The lighting is just wonderful! And such a natural pose. I don't know who the library angel is but she seems to have put a smile on his face. LOL at the Compost Heap! It's the perfect name for it. Excellent work!!

I have tried to do sleeping characters and so I know how difficult it is to make them look natural...but you have nailed it! The paper with notes on it is also an pretty amazing detail. Wonderful work!

I mean....wow! that chair is a refugee from 1971 I'm thinking! Bryan could get a degree from the bug husks in it most likely! btw...my god that's a really boring paper he's studying! And, it's good to see these fellows have a babe poster up, (It's a requirement for guys in college) Those book stacks are really cool! Lastly...he ate 2.3 lbs of pudding?? He must be in college! (yeah, yeah, I know, his teeth are sore but still....2.3 pounds?!)

Very nice Lynn. The scene is perfect. For some reason the first thing I thought of when i saw this was a prime target that guys would screw around with. You know like coating his hands in shaving cream and tickling his nose with a feather? He just looks primed and ready to get screwed with. LOL Very cool image m'lady.

a very well designed and rendered scene. it's so highly detailed... and have so many lovely little jokes... (the mushrooms in the glass... or the highly instable pile of books... or short - a typical students room...) and your character is a sweetie... will this image be the start of a series about him? would be nice.
