My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Thank you tara, I saw this when it went up, even though it was just a glance (because of a non-existent connection where I was, and where I'll be returning soon...) I was very moved as soon as I saw it, and still am now, and I was so sorry I couldn't comment then. I guess you know by now how much I've loved your flower shots, how you go past the usual view so many of us look at in flowers, and how you capture all kinds of sides & personalities in flowers, all kinds of inner essences & mysteries, etc. Your composition makes this flower invade the darkness and send its light 'into' it, it speaks of another world beyond the frame flowing into this one; your background is present, not just 'background', and the flower reaches into it with full bodied light, just beautiful. It's beautiful tara, thank you for thinking of me & posting this so quickly after I posted my piece for my father. It's lush & filled with love. Thank you, it's a beautiful image & dedi. And btw, I hope you had a terrific time with Carin, hope all of you had a wonderful 3 or 4 days. I hope to be back here soon. Thank you so much for this.
