Didn't know it was your birthday until I saw someone's post and had to do one for you...I hope you had a wonderful birthday and got lots of gifts,cards,well wishes,hugs..and more to come...I hope your birthday was wonderful........so my friend and sis this image is for you.......
As for me........I have found out my cancer is at Stage 4.......instead of Stage 3...right now we are treating it with a pill called Femara..it reduces the estrogen produced in the body and helps starve the cancer cells...and I am getting am injection of Xgeva once a month to strengthen my bones....going to repeat the test in 3 mos and go from there......it has came to my attention that maybe everyone doesn't like me to comment about my health on their image...if it offends you in any way let me know..and I can IM site mail for those who want to know..Have been actually thinking about this....and thought from now on I would let you know in my post...or if you want to site mail me..I have really been hurting the past couple of days and just not been feeling well at all....then learning my cancer was Stage 4 instead of 3 threw me for loop..I cried forever and was in a complete daze for a few days.....but I am better now except for my pain..and I will kick this in the butt like I have before..Not gonna let this ole cancer get this gal down........Went out to my cousins a few wks ago and got some good pics...I need to upload them but just haven't had the desire to do so until I saw it was Lynell's birthday and knew I had to get up an image for my Tenn sis:) also been thinking about posting some poems again as some people are reading them and leaving me really great comments.....this goes back to when I first started here......so for them go to that far back and read my poems means a lot to me..this whole site does........You are my 2nd family and I love all of you..just hope you don't tire of me.....LOL.........

Hubby did BBQ chicken on the grill and I had a few veggies to go with...almost went to watch the fireworks at the lake but just felt too bad and was too hot to go get in all that traffic and wait for an hour to even move and get out on the way home.......

As far as some telling you they don't want to hear about your health,if it is on their post (uploads)that's a no brainer all they have o do is not read >>>heartless people who say such things have no place in my life ,your way of dealing with this all these years is to vent ,it helps to do so I wish you well susan and this is abeautfiul photo you got up here the post work is lovely: stand tough,ignore unsympathtic people maybe they will need support someday: hugs 5+++

Beautiful image and dedication! Happy birthday Lynell! I love the color and detail, and the way the stamen seem to be dancing about in great celebration. This is a marvelous and joyful image! All my best wishes for your therapy. There are many ways besides chemo to fight cancer today. As far as sharing news of your health, I think you should do it as often and wherever you want, comments, posts, or sitemails. As Cheryl said, you have a support group here, and one of the most important things that support groups do, is listen. I hope you do post some more poems. Your poems are wonderful! hugs

This is simply a stunning photo Susan! I hope you beat the crap out of the cancer. Keep a very positive attitude; we are only just beginning to study the effects of positive thinking on the vast chemical array that the brain can force the body to produce in times of need.
