Description
34 years ago today, Elvis died at his , Memphis,Tennessee home, Graceland, at the young age of 42. I am forever a fan. Who can remember what they were doing when they heard the news of Elvis's death? I was across the street babysitting.
By they way this picture was taken in downtown Nashville this last weekend.

Superb work you've done on this Lynell. Do you realize that an anagram of Elvis is lives so 'Elvis lives' but that could also be Levi's!!

A bad news for many of us as my Beatiful But good memories of him. It is a worthy representation of the King ...... Peace to his story and his music live again ((5 + +)) Une si mauvaise nouvelle pour plusieurs d'entre nous comme ma Belle . Mais que de bons souvenirs de lui .C'est une digne représentation du King......Paix à son histoire et vivre encore sa musique ((5++))

I will always be an Elvis fan also, not only was he a very talented singer he was a super person that should have lived many more years but was a victim of the show biz life.

Unfortunately, an image of Elvis in his later years. I always liked Elvis but I have to admit the death of Groucho Marx three days later had a bigger impact on me. I'm weird that way.

Great capture Lynell! Its great postwork, making it a B&W photo except the central subject. The link was a great stroll down memory lane. I was stationed over in Germany when he died. It was not really big news like it was here.
