Description

Greeting my Fellow Fractal Fanatics and to those that just like peeking behind the thumbnail!...lol... Friday once again and time for another installment from the Fractal Factory. This weeks design was something I was experimenting with back in April when the forums had a monthly theme about "Spring"(and had shared one similar to this weeks installment)in the contest that many of you may have remembered seeing and had voted for. Well I wanted to show another that had not made it to the galleries just yet and that was sitting in my "almost but not quite finished folder" and since I had time I thought to finish it and share it for your viewing pleasure. This idea/approach came about because with every new advancement in Apophysis....I learn from either by "accident"(being honest)and or by computing actual numbers into the boxes....(actual work...lol)I started seeing butterfly patterns in the designs and the fact I just love these insects and the design possibilities are endless with all these cool designs that this program generates was all I needed to begin this new series in the Fractal Factory.Fractals I believe have endless possibilities(which each and all that are using Apophysis have come to realize by now as well)and are sharing their own spin with combining it with other programs with unbelievable results....I know first hand because I've seen your creations..lol....there cool as all hell.... So now begins a new journey down another path of my imagination and who knows where it will lead or the next step in the evolution of this program called Apophysis.... Stay Tuned!.... So without further ado... Created in Apophysis 7X Post Work/frame/design/2D in Photoshop Elements 8 *Imagination comes standard with all applications*! Have a Super D Dooper Weekend and will see you all back here Monday with something from my rural/countryscape folder hopefully!.... Toodles!.... ~Will~

Let The Imagination Flow, I Had Been Wondering If Your Fractal Designs Could Be Used As Texture Maps For Other Things Like Creatures or Aliens or How Cool Would A Street Machine Look With A Fractal Paint Job, I Guess The More You Learn, The More You Can Expand Their Use. ;~)

Incredible design, has the appearance of stained glass. The Butterfly is a fascinating insect that inspires artists everywhere. Your creation is amazing and brings new dimensions of expression to the artful insect. Outstanding work, my friend!!!!!

Oh wow. This absolutely blows my mind. And I swear for how bad I would love to learn to do something like this, at the same time I would rather marvel at these creations like natural phenomenon that I could never create as beautiful as nature herself. Always enjoy reading your insights very, very much as well! :)
