Description

I prepared this image last year for an exhibition in memory of Leonardo's 500th, an exhibition held in Florence in a prestigious 17th century building located right in front of Palazzo De Medici and a few steps from Brunelleschi's dome. The idea was to highlight the scientific and geometric aspect of Leonardo's work rather than pure aesthetic beauty. I publish it today because it is also the recurrence of the fact narrated therein.

This is clever and artistic and unique. I like the stone windows and table. The geometric people are cool and their postures and poses are perfect. I love the light coming from the ceiling. This is a fascinating piece... bravo!

OK - this is just so wonderful I'm at a loss for words. This is the coolest Last Supper I've seen in a long time! Mike and I were talking about if the famous painting were done under today's circumstances they would need a really long table...
