Description

I prepared this image last year for an exhibition in memory of Leonardo's 500th, an exhibition held in Florence in a prestigious 17th century building located right in front of Palazzo De Medici and a few steps from Brunelleschi's dome. The idea was to highlight the scientific and geometric aspect of Leonardo's work rather than pure aesthetic beauty. I publish it today because it is also the recurrence of the fact narrated therein.

quite cubist in some ways, like the colours and the whole concept, I can't remember seeing this composition played out before in either Poser or Daz, but it would make an iteresting challenge for someone with patience

It is a testament to both Leonardo and you that in an instant this beautiful scene is evocative, even before it fully registers what it is we are looking at. It is a fitting tribute and yet a work of art all by itself. Thank you for sharing.
