Description
As curator of this gallery, I have decided to pull the remaining two images of the previous series. To learn the reason why, please see 'Stapled, Nailed and Screwed' as for my reasoning towards the bottom of the comment section.
After an evening of another rainstorm the morning was nothing more than a heavy overcast. It was not until mid-afternoon did things change. So today and tomorrow I share with you a magnificent moment that we experienced yesterday afternoon and it lasted only forty minutes before its splendor faded from view.
For geographical purposes, I am standing and facing the west towards the west. The darker hill portion is covering the city of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. The remainder of the hills across the bay we find the areas of Marin and Novato.

A very dark yet lovely landscape. It has a gritty feel I wouldn't normally think to associate with the sea. Great capture of the clouds and reflections...yet you didn't make "pretty" image here, and that is quite an accomplishment! V I'm just sorry i missed your last two images from the Stapled... series.
