Description

WIP...much detail to work on and rendered only to "final" setting. Ships by the hankster and faveral. Transpond and DAZ. Enormous render times but I do hope to finish this one day.

Nice sky and rendering of sails of the ships, but I think the bottom part is too dark even though I think that is what you intended.

Fantastic job. It is amazing how much work our computers are doing these days -- and yet they seem slow because we keep heaping more on them (ha). However the results these days are amazing -- as you have demonstrated here. Excellent work.

You are one of my favourite artists, so I dare to say here that the cloudy skiy's colour does not match with the sundown that can be seen on the right-hand side (houses, people,...) nor with the shadows (which should be much longer as the sun is setting). Please see this as what it's meant to be: constructive criticism. Your work is worth criticising.

Oh my gosh - this is brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it. It's perfect, the sky, the sailor and lady, the mist, the flapping sheets... absolutely spellbinding. I can't wait to see it with more detail - this has got to be one of my favourites so far, what an incredible scene, vote!!!!

The level of detail is great and the whole scene looks very realistic. Lighting is very well done. Can't wait to see this one completed.

I can tell this has tons of detail, but I think that the lighting could be just a little higher in the foreground, so we could see some of it. Perhaps lanters or gas lights. An excellent image. - Bob

Oh yeah! I love what YOU call a WIP, Ken '-)! Don't know how you've got all this much in already w/o choking your machine, but I CANNOT wait to see what you have planned for the finish! Since we are trying to offer help here..yeah right '-)...I, too agree on a few extra light sources here in the fore to match the great highlights going on to our right...
