Subject: Saving to library

I have my figure selected but can not save it to the library. The Option is not available in the menu panel under figures. Anyone know why?

There should be a + button in the figure menu. Are you sure you selected a body part? Sometimes poser will let you select the figure but you're really have focus on the camera or a light or something. Try clicking on the hip and make sure the figure and hip are selected.

There are no icons. It looks like the figure is locked as it will not let me select any other body parts only the whole figure outlines in Red when I try to click elsewhere. I'm using Poser 5.

Sounds to me like the thing you are trying to save is not actually a figure. How did you load it? If you loaded it by clicking on an icon in the Figures pallet, then it is a figure. If you loaded it any other way then it probably is not a figure (if loaded via a pz3 it may be a figure). The way to tell for sure is to see if it is listed in the Figures menu.

Yeah that sounds like a prop not a figure. Did you load this via the figure folder or is this a prop you loaded or a mesh you imported. If you're not seeing seperate body parts then its not a figure. Figures are posable, props are static and have no parts to pose.
