I confess on having a crush on certain female artist here at 'rosity just based on her work and not even having ever seen a picture of her... maybe I said too much?

I've been very naughty - I put Sellotape under the taps in the mens washroom. When my workmate turned on the tap, it squirted out over the front of his trousers and it looked like he'd peed himself. I recently watched a full episode of 'C.H.I.P.S - honestly. I talk to God when I'm on the toilet - there, I said it. You all have a great Christmas

Oh my bogwoppet, I have talked to Him too, when in the ladies room! lol Do you think he listens to us in there?

I work in Hollywood. Years ago, a friend of mine and I were on the Paramount lot wandering around (he had business there), and we found the soundstage where they had the big, main interior set for "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine." We were alone, so we started tinkering with things and taking pictures of ourselves in front of props and stuff like a couple of kids locked overnight in a toy store. And we came up to the big round airlock door and decided to open it. It slid on a track and it easily rolled to one side. But then, without warning, it continued rolling right off the track and across the soundstage floor, like a giant nickel. Then it fell over with a loud CRASH! And we ran away. My confession is that my friend and I broke "Deep Space Nine." -jjsemp

When I discovered a crooked salon owner I used to work was stealing from me, I put a flowing garden hose in her kitchen window while she was away on vacation. Despite what others may say, revenge is great for closure. And I am a closet Trekkie.

I'm mortally terrified of spiders ... but most of you already know that.

I've been personally responsible for at least three major reported sightings of pterodactyls in the past 150 years.

None of us are really confessing to major crimes or misdemeanors.

I purchased the Mariah Carey Christmas album.

I'm a trekkie too (big surprise, huh?) Oh and I love Pokon too. Have almost all of them on Chrystal. I've even written an illustrated WalkThru for Gold/Silver/Crystal, and I plan to get Ruby and/or Sapphire for myself for x-mas. Then give my kid the other one so we can play against each other... Then the serious part... I have uhm... er.. taken money from my kids' bankaccounts and used them for buying our cats...

I remember watching the Beatles on Ed Sullivan(sp?). That's why I started playing Guitar. I've been a Star Trek fan from first show and I think all the new Star Wars movies are crap. I still watch as many cartoons as I can. ernyoka1, why spend money on your kids education, when you can be educated by your cats. Last, a toast to all you criminals. May all your children have rich parents.

I insisted on having a "My Little Pony" as my Christmas present this year. Worse yet, since I could not find the pony I wanted here in Germany, I had it shipped from Canada. AND at the last minute I decided that just a plain pony would not be as good as the birthday party set. With a second pony to share the cake. I will have to hide all of this from my husband. He thinks I am a grown-up.

Brynna! Shame on you! You sometimes speed on your way to work? That is just SO wrong! Why slow down? blink To whoever says his landlord looks like gollum... I am your landlord. I uh... nearly buried the tortoise in the rubbish bin. Well dammit, it was floating in the pond, pale, leggies stuck out, head under water... it LOOKED dead. But my confession is that I didn't tell my Dad about the suicidal tortoise. And that years later I got home, asked where the tortoise was and was told "Ohh... it died last summer. Drowned. In the pond. We buried her at the bottom of the garden." I cringe to this day, but I don't have the heart to tell him that the poor thing was probably very much alive... Poor poor Agatha was probably holding her breath...

Well, I've seen The Return of the King twice within 24 hours. Brain-wiped right now. It took 10 excedrin to hold the migraine off this afternoon. The next couple of days will almost certainly be bad, but I'll have glorious images juxtaposed in my mind while lying there. I saw the Fellowship 47 times in the Grand Lake Theatre alone (and a few other times besides). It is a wonderful old Art Deco picture palace, complete with 3 Tiffany stained glass pieces and oodles of gilded detail. I can no longer afford to do something like that, but I have to confess that I need the inspiration. Carolly

I confess to...liking Batman 3 and 4...a lot, I enjoy all Dolph Lundgren films and can't listen to 'Un Bel dia' without my eyes filling up with tears...and having seen 2001 at least 25 times at the cinema and countless times at home. As for the Trekkie confessions...How can you talk about that green skinned slapper when Uhura was around?

I thought Star Trek: Nemesis was a fun movie, even though most critics think it's the worst Star Trek movie ever (and it has the lowest box office gross of all ST movies). I don't have Battlefield Earth, but I do have a copy of Dianetics that I dig out and read every once in a while when I need a good laugh. (For anyone who doesn't know: L. Ron Hubbard founded Scientology with the writing of Dianetics. Earlier in his career, he wrote a ton of sci-fi pulp novels, including Battlefield Earth). I confess: I watch the Oxygen Network and have become hooked on Oprah After the Show. Does this make me a better person or a better chick-magnet?

I did watch Genesis of the Daleks, idolized BatMan, had every KTEL album, wanted to BE in the Partridge Family, saw every episode of Star Trek, and I can't afford the 3D programs that I really want.... LoL... but here's some stuff I really have to admit: I turned down being in Joan Jett, because it wouldn't work I started college at 15, so I took a GED I managed a banquet department against my will I lead on a couple of 14 year old girls when I was 21 and... last but not least... I threw my older brother out at gunpoint because he's a transvestite. Welp... that covers the biggies.

did a picture of all the 'trekides', the 'made-up' elements, and assigned them to their relative places on the Mendelev table (and posted it here..;)

OK.. lemme see.. all my dirty little secrets.. EG I fooled around with my ex-boyfriend in the backseat of my parents car, while my sis and her BF were driving.. I gave my husband a present while we were driving home to visit my parents.. if your mind is dirty enough, you'll know what I gave him ;) (What the hell is it with cars that turn me on?) LOL I... collect Transformers action figures.. and I love them still! I'm dead-scared of people touching my neck. (childhood trauma..) I had the biggest crush on Mark Hamill when I was 13-15. I seriously wanted to marry him! LOL Darth Maul turns me on `^_^ I always feel like grabbing a volvo and run over Garden Pixies! EG I hate people who over-take me. I flip the birdie at least 8 times when i'm driving. I hate pedestrians, and if they don't move, I RUN THEM OVER.. like garden pixies..

I own more anime DVDs titles that the local Blockbuster. (And not ONE DBZ in the stack!) I think I was Daria in high school. I certainly looked and sounded like her, but with more acne and less fashion sense. I used to be able to sing the Ewok song from The Empire Strikes Back. (I'm currently singing "The Saga Begins" by Weird Al as I type this confession: "Oh, my, my, this here Anakin guy, maybe Vader some day later, now he's just a small fry ... ") 3 years ago I finally achieved a life long dream - I got to see Weird Al in concert! My comic collection is still growing after 20 years. I want to start a local chapter of the Gnome Liberation Force. Scared yet? ;-)

rasputina ( ) posted Thu, 18 December 2003 at 9:52 PM
