Ack no this is too hard! All of these images are the best! Great turn out too! I did see some I liked more than others though! Chewbacha 3 This is the most unique underwater image I have ever seen not your typical Brycean underwater image and deserves it! Ellnek 2 Only because I want an explanation on how the image was made!!! Jaymonjay 1 The perspective and DOF are unique and very life like. Good luck to all!
Wow...what a great challenge this was !!! And a tough one to vote for !! Zahn 3 points --very detailled.. Vile 2 points -- looks simple but has a great impact.. AgentSmith 1 point -- for the unique approache and scene.. Honorable mentions : every single one of the entries of the challenge ,cause they all were very good!
AgentSmith - 3 Vile - 2 eelnek - 1 This was really a great challenge and there are so many great pictures that it made it very difficult to choose.

AgentSmith 3 points Vile 2 points StephenRay 1 point But they were all great!
Ok here goes 3 Vile -- NO QUESTION, The most Realistic entry. 2 AgentSmith -- Great scene lighting and atmosphere and textures all spot on. Looking at the image I feel like I'm this person's dive partner. 1 Kapoho -- For the same reason I like AgentSmith's the atmosphere and lighting made me feel like I was really in an underwater cave looking out. Given realism as the PRIMARY consideration, first and second place were a sinch. It was picking a third that was the hardest. So here are the runners up that in my opinion were all tied with Kapoho. Zahnn Creations Peggy Walters Swade And finally I have to give props to Danamo for persuing the Prehistoric angle. I contemplated that theme myself and may take a crack at my own paleozioc era, underwater scene in the near future. GOOD STUFF ALL
WOW, am I glad that's over, this Challenge has certainly stretched my capabilities to the full and unfortunately I had to post a joke in the end as I had wanted to post something !! I now know Bryce will not render a 5000+ object, volumetric water and fancy lighting image, simply the quickest crash I've ever had. I'm sure Phil will join me in saying a big thank you to all of the entrants, I certainly never expected so many entries and of such a high standard and as has been said already judging is extremely difficult. However, based on realism as the main criteria my humble opinion is........ Stephen Ray.......3 Points I just keep going back to this image, so much to see in different textures and ambience. The right side has the appearance of a water colour painting (no pun intended). Marvellous picture, my No.1 by a long way. Chewbacha.........2 Points Never seen anything like it, absolutely stunning image, so simple, so complex, so original, so deserving to win but.... Vile..............1 Point I'm a sucker for killer whales anyway but this image is so realistic it presents beauty on the one hand and the ferocity of the beast on the other. Amazing picture. Many congratulations to my winners and commiserations to my runners-up (but only by a whisker).... Amethyss Creations Johnyf Danamo AgentSmith Peggy Svaelt Thanks to AgentSmith for his dutiful organisation and, again, a big thanks to the membership for supporting this Challenge. Bye now........Dennis
I'm so glad I didn't enter, I would have been blown out of the water (pun intended). I haven't read the other posts, 'cause I didn't want to be influenced, so if anyone else has used that joke, I apologise. That was the hardest one to judge yet. After cutting down to a short list of 58. Then managed to get down to about 15 and had to download them all so I could go through again and again without waiting for the download. SO many great pictures and it deserves a website in it's own right. Anyway, the votes from the DrawbridgeP jury are: VILE - 3 points JAYMONJAY - 2points NUSKI - 1 point Here are others that I really liked: creations darkginger stephen ray - (Would have been 4th) arjanjacques zhann violet agentsmith Apache2K bc butterfly_fish eelnek Well done and thanks for entering.

Amazing level of skill shown in this month's challenge! Thank you so much to all those who voted for me. Narrowing my selection down to just three was painful, but here goes: 3 points - Agent Smith (Incredible sense of scale and feeling of solitude) 2 points - Vile (Excellent realism) 1 point - arjanjacques (Beautiful colour and lighting)
I am soooo P.O.'d with Dennis & Phil for this challenge. Every single bug in Bryce reared its ugly head, including some I've never heard mentioned. I learned a lot from this challenge. Things like radial lights are buggy and "Honey, I think you've spent waaay too much time with that program-thingy of yours. Go sweep the drive." AgentSmith: 3 points (Wow Chewbaca: 2 points (The shrimp is incredible, but where in the water would you find it? If it was in the few inches off Roatan, Honduras, then the water color is perfect... Nuski: 1 point. The only problem I had with this image is that bubbles under water are not round. The water pressure presses the bottom of the bubble up into it, so that it becomes a "jelly-fish-ish" shape. But, hey, what do I know? Great images, everyone!!!!
Vile: 3 Incredible whales, but the suspended particles and lighting is what earned my vote for most realistic. BC: 2 Beautiful combination of alpha planes and models, also excellent DOF Stephen Ray: 1 With the exception of the perfectly spherical bubbles, excellent atmosphere Honorable Mentions: Jaymon Jay - Nice Focal Point Agent Smith - Good sense of depth Svaelt - Excellent Color
So many entries! Well done everyone of you! Agent Smith = 3 Vile = 2 Dan Whiteside = 1 Everyone else = Honourable Mention. I wish I'd had time to enter, on the other hand maybe it was better that I didn't...LOL

Really :) johnyf - The really big improvement in your technicue and style since you started Brycing! :) Well done!
Oh gawd, I'm out for some weeks and you guys come out with this fantastic show... the thumbnails was a pleasure to browse, really. Now I'm having some bad connection problem, so it's a miracle (and a blessing, considering the works submitted) that I was able to see them all in a single session. By the way, how ya' doin'? :) Fantastic entries, everyone. My voting: 3 points: AgentSmith 2 points: eelie 1 point : Creations
