I don't have the millenium girl, but it looks like a joint paramiter issue to me. If this is just for your own use you could try moving the "Bend" center forwards in the Jount Editor. If that works you could impliment the JP change in in the pz2, you might also want to make a restore pose for the JPs.
that is true what les said. This is a fault in the poser mesh )any poser mesh) there just isn't enough groups to get a good bend. Maybe the next generation will have a few 'body groups' like paunch, lower back, mid back, upper back, chest etc...this would in theory solve that bend issue.
