Yes, she used the U.S. site and when she clicked on paypal for paying it went to a french paypal site she couldn't read, now we don't know where to send the payment, maybe their site had a glitch but now I don't know what to do, I've been waiting since yesterday for a responce from e-on because I emailed them asking what to do and they haven't responded yet. I don't have a credit card so paypal was the only way I could buy the software.
You recall me a similar "problems" I have when I ordered Vue 3 Special edition, I have received the package from France but I ordered it via the USA/Canada online store, all papers, packing slip, invoice, user's guide, etc... was in english, why they shipped it from France????? Let me know the reply e-on give you because I'm also interested to upgrade my Vue 4 to Vue 5. Thanks.
Well the reply was, the person that usually handles this is out on vacation and she's not real familiar with paypal so I told her to cancel the order, I'll make a new one and use a prepaid credit card. Wow you would think for a software company selling software they would be a little more prepared when someone takes vacation but I guess not. Anyway I guess these things sometimes happen I'm not going to complain that much.

Hi all, My wife ordered me Vue Pro and Mover 5 through e-on today but when she clicked on paypal it went to a French site she couldn't understand, I wondered if anyone here ordered through paypal here from the U.S. and what that email address was. thanks in advance, Patrick
