I havent heard anything about this? What is Kuroyume's sites URL so I can read about it?

It's a Cinema 4D plugin to bring Poser/Daz content files into C4D and manipulate them there. Currently there's an old C4D plugin that allows you to place an item/animation into a C4D scene, but you have to manipulate it in Poser first. The real drag for me is that this plugin, made by Poser, is for Mac OS9, so I'm stuck using it because it's never been updated. I'm hoping that this Interposer Pro is coming sooner than later--it would make my life a lot simpler! Link: http://www.kuroyumes-developmentzone.com/interposer_pro.html
Ah. OK. I still use PoserProPack/Lightwave using the old plugin - in OS9 - so I certainly appreciate you looking forward to this.

Hello there, :) Okay, state of things at this stage. Last week was spent cleaning up the code, updating and rearranging the interface, and resolving some problems. kromekat has been instrumental in providing some actual user feedback and focusing the effort. There are still a couple of nagging issues (such as nonuniform scaling and some overdeformation - most of the latter being resolved by removing sibling rivalry of body part points), but things are surprisingly stable, even Poser 6 figures (although their morphs are being skipped at this time). Currently, I am working on animation insertion/overwrite (not too difficult, just needs care as it is a little tedious in C4D). You can load animations, just that keys are blindly added at this stage. Next will be implementation of Master/Slave dials in order to support finally FBM, PBM, ERC, JCM, etc. - one of my Holy Grails. :) After that, the start of beta-testing only depends on how many other features I think should be implemented at that time. On my list are Alternate Geometry, PMD, and Symmetry. These could always be implemented during beta or prior to release. I was going to wait to update the website until after Master/Slave dial support - for more impact. ;) But I think that the desparation may require me to show something (some video screen captures) asap. "If the first iteration of this did no more than allow me to open Poser animations into C4D v9 on OSX I'd be in heaven..." here here!! I am perfectly happy dressing,posing and animating in poser6 especially with the poser physics engine Id be happy with just basic import of an intact animated poser scene for rendering in C4D V9+ in Mac OSX of course :-)

wolf359, I know that you have been very patient waiting for Poser animation support in Cinema 4D. interPoser Pro has it! It supports Poser animation - not PLA, not some BVH-every-frame - keyframes as you would expect to see in Poser. Although one still needs to contend with Cinema 4D's 'tracks', this is the closest you'll get to Poser animation in anything other than Poser (or Daz|Studio perhaps). Now, there are still areas not covered, such as looping, quaternion interpolation, and Poser dynamics, but it does bring the simplicity and speed required (no more 200GB PLA animations!). As an individual developer, I'll have to tackle each implementation one at a time. Check out the "P4 Casual Body goes Bowling" video for a refreshing view of Poser animation within Cinema 4D. I sincerely hope that this piques your interest. Robert

LOL BVH is definitely on my mind. I was thinking about this the other day while testing the animation pose import since I've collected a couple of BVH animations for Poser figures over time. The direct approach (using Cinema 4D's BVH import) wouldn't work since the tracks are on 'dial' sliders and are not the usual PSR tracks, so it would need to be tailored to import the keys onto these. Something that will be looked into.
