Lora, you never emailed me back, so I figured things must have worked out fine... why did you not email me back? We have exchanged many letters now trying to solve this, but you never sent me error messages, anything at all to guess what your problem is to help you solve it. As to mail going unanswered, every mail you have sent me has been answered very promptly. I have done my best to help you. If you mean mail sent to Renderosity going unanswered, you need to be aware that there are massive email server problems and the email server for Renderosity has been down now for days, and is still down right now even. Even my email bounces :( Ok, what I see you showing us there is the header of a zip file. That large 8.6 meg file, try this test. Rename it to be WysteriaB.zip using your Explorer in Windows. Right click to reach a dialogue, choose "rename", and then just enter a new name. Make sure it says .zip as the extension. Now try again to unzip it. See if that will help. But I would like to say I am very confused. There are many many happy customers of Wysteria, none of whom have had any problems unzipping the zip file so they can then install the files. So I am wondering if you are in fact unzipping it, or instead accidently performing some other action on it? Do you have an unzipping program? Winzip can be downloaded for free. Even if you have a copy, I would again redownload a fresh version, and reinstall, since this is some problem with your zipping software, not with the zip. If all of this fails, PLEASE stay in touch with me. I cannot help you if you do not. I would be happy to try to figure out a way to get you the files in a way you can download them one at a time, though it will take patience on both your part, and mine, since there are MANY files... all to be uploaded, all to be downloaded, all to be told to you exactly where to place them. Bear with me, stay in touch. Do not leave me thinking all is fine when it clearly is not.
Lorraunni, Sorry to hear you are having problems. I just downloaded Wysteria and the product file looks fine. Use WinZIP to open the file. Once you have the main ZIP opened up double click on the file called Runtime.zip. Select all the files in Runtime.zip and Extract them to the folder you have poser loaded into. If you loaded poser into c:Poser then do and Extract and position the Extract to: folder so it is listed as c:poser. I think the default Poser location is in c:Program FilesMetaCreationsPoser. If you loaded poser there then set the Extract To: location to c:Program FilesMetaCreationsPoser. Once you have Extracted the files start Poser. You should then be able to go into the Character Library and locate a sub library called MehndiStudios. In this library you should find Wysteria. There are also 2 Poser scene files included in the main ZIP file called Wysteria_SunshineV1.pz3 and Wysteria_MoonbeamV1.pz3. These files can be opened up right into Poser after you Extract them into your Poser folder as we did above with the other files. In Poser Select File then Open. Browse to the folder that you have Poser loaded into and then browse into Runtime with the Poser folder then browse into scene files within the Runtime folder and you should be able to locate the above 2 files. Does this help you out? If not let me know. Regards, Clint Renderosity Administration.

Thanks to Everyone! Mehndi, I apologize if you felt that the word usage of my post reflected that you did not stay in touch with me. I guess I should have been a little more specific! :-)) You have been wonderful. I know that I must be one of your worst nightmares so far. For this, I don't know nor can I explain it. I had all these negative nagging thoughts popping in my head, but I kept pushing them back...ie... concerning no contact or responce from my letter mailed here to the store. (Not to you Mehndi :-) ) I knew there had to be a logical explanation because this is such a wonderful site and so well organized. I thank all of you. I will go now and see about trying to use all of the suggestions posted above. I can't thank everyone enough for taking the time to respond. Now I have somewhere to start in trying to get a grip on the situation. :-)) I shall return! (oh no!!!!!! :-)) Lorraunni :-))
Good luck with it Lorra :) My email server is still down :( would you believe it? :( So.... if none of those solutions work for you, I'll package you up something special on the net somewhere, so you can drag the files down one at a time, and place them by hand, though it will be a long process and not fun, it should work, I hope :) Just try one more time the easy way (or at least it was supposed to be easy), before we go down this long hard road of dozens of files to place by hand, download one at a time, etc... it will be a nightmare. Hang in there, and be sure to let me know :)

To whom it may concern: Let me first say that I have tried to handle this issue through e-mail...but have been unsuccessful. My first 2 letters received no responce and my latest 2 e-mails have been returned to me stating your address is unknown. I would like to think that you have been having techno difficulties here as the reason for no response. So unfortunately I have to post my problem and complaint here in hopes of getting help. Thanks. On May 10, 2001, I purchased and made a download for "Wysteria with hair." I opened up my "windows explorer" and found the zip file and I felt successfully unzipped it with my winzip. After unzipping the download.... there within only contained one large file 8.6MB? I right clicked on it and it requested for me to select a program on my system to "open" the file. I of course, clicked on poser. Poser came up and then a male figure appeared. I believe he was the original default figure when I installed poser to my pc. I searched through all the files within poser and no files or folders were to be found. Not even the one large file that I saw opened from the zip file. ( The one large file has a windows icon on it, if that means anything or not.) The more I looked through my "user's manual", searching through all the poser forum posts, contacting Thorne, Mehndi, going to chat and speaking with others there....YES I did down load Wysteria 3 times... and I might say that I got the exact same one large file as I did at the other downloads. Mehndi has been more than kind and patient with me, but I am fully aware that her patience, as well as mine, are running thin. I then went back and clicked on all the program choices, one by one, and finally my wordpad opened up. I became encouraged as even though all the content appeared to be coded... there were 2 simple words that I saw that Mehndi had mentioned. SCENE FILES. She said that after I unzipped the download... that I should see a "readme", scenes and other folders. None of this was what I received as I said before. My ignorance and inexperience with Poser is quite plain to see and I apologize for my lack of understanding. I have been quite successful in the past downloading and using products from online download purchases: PSP6, Blade Pro, Super Blade Pro, Xara, ect.. I am afraid that if I am unable to successfully correct this issue, not being able to enjoy seeing my great hopes unfold with working with Wysteria... that it will leave a negative, defeated impression on me as I am already about to throw in the towel with poser. It is a great product, but I am afraid of any further purchases as this one has not been jointly agreeable. Below is a small cut and paste from the original file that I received in the file. It is much, much longer than this. Just thought if you saw this. You would know exactly what it was that I unzipped and maybe be able to tell me what I need to do to be able to install and use Wysteria. I look forward to your response as I am growing greatly disappointed in the manner in which this is being handled. A simple acknowledgement of my greivence would be a good start as well as me getting the product in which I purchased in good faith.
