I'm so sorry, but I am having trouble with one of the items in this same order, I think I will have to do it at night when it's not so busy, would you mind resetting order number 111210259 again for me please, I have one of the items in that order but not the other, it is a biggish file so that's where my trouble is.

Thanks Clint - downloading now and crossing my fingers it goes through. I've given my download manager the flick and doing it the normal way.
Now I am getting embarrassed but would you mind resetting my order number 111212467, also a 2 item order, I have one successfully downloaded but not the other, my download mgr says item 100% downloaded but when I go to extract there are no files, so I'm getting rid of the download mgr, its a pain.
I will let you know if I have any further problems.

I am on dial up and using a download manager, I successfully downloaded 3 out of 4 items, the 4th went wrong somehow and I have no content for 2 zip files. I think the problem could have arisen by the download mgr confusing 2 zips, is it possible for them to be on separate lines?

I'm not sure if you reset the whole order or just the 2 zips in one item.
