I have a picture that I'd like to use as a tatoo for Vicky's arm however it's not as simple as pasting it over a texture in psp since the top of the arm is split. How do you do this?

very hard. very hard.
you will need a software that will do painting in 3d to paste this tatoo on her arm .

Not always hard.  If you have a good working knowledge of your paint program and are comfortable working in layers the tattoo can be placed to span the seam.

DecalMaster is the only known software where you can apply a tattoo or decal over texture seams.  Used to be sold here, now it can be found over at DAZ3D.

two layers each with a copy of the tatoo, and use sultans seam guide rather than the Daz template. Position one on one side of the seam , and the other on the other side of the seam .  Its a bit tricky but doable.

1st get Snow Sultan's color coded seam guide, and load into Photoshop.
2nd Split your tattoo image into two half layers, and start to juxtapose each half on opposite sides of the arm of the seam guide, using the color codes to line them up.

if it's v1/v2, with front/back texmap sections, then apply the same small tattoo tex twice (over front and back of seam) as a colour math/multiply node using UV offset/scale.  as they said, it won't be easy.

its v3. Why do I have to always pick the hard projects to be the ones I've just got to do?

Thanks for the suggestions
