There is something that has always bugged me about animating and wondering if you could help, also forgive me if you have already covered this in one of your earlier tutorials...

but is has to do with creating a loop, something as simple as a static pose being turned around 360 degrees, the camera does not move. There is always a pause when the loop starts again. Doesn't matter if I have the figure spin 359 degrees or 360 at the last frame there is always a little pause/glitch before it starts frame 1 again.
Is there a way around this?

What you are trying to achieve is a perfect  loop
for it to work visually the beginning frame of the animation have to be perfectly identical preferably using Spline interpolation for a smooth transition into the final frame.

What you are trying to achieve is a perfect  loop

Since the start and end frames (0 degrees and 360 degrees) are identical you need to follow Wolfie's advice and use a straight spline to keep the motion constant, but not render the last frame. For example if you are rotating 360 degrees in 360 frames, render 1-359.

These tuts are brilliant Wolf, thanks very much. BTW if it helps,  the http://%20 thing sometimes happens when uploading from your documents folder to Rapidshare through the control panel page. It's better to use the free Rapidshare Manager to upload and generate the download links, although it's a bit slower for uploading. I use RS daily to upoad photos from my press work so I'm familiar with the ups and downs as it were.
