Question. I have looked all over the internet and poser based (or related) sites for this. And can not find it!

Can anyone tell me where I can find a Kissing BVH (or motion) file. On renderosity, all we have is kissing poses (but no motions). Maybe I have over looked some sites or not looked good enough? I have even looked at such site as www.renderotica.com and still no simple love motions like kissing, hugging, maybe hair fondeling or romantic motions. These are motions that are in between the hardcore stuff. If these don't exsist, can someone please make them?

killing.bvh but no kissing.bvh? be fair, tho - to do a kissing bvh, ya gotta paste the dots on the face and if they're snogging away face-to-face, the camera can't pick up the dots.

Madonna's gone too far with the workout thing and Brit Brit's just gone too far in too many ways... But back in the day, I would have paid for a good BVH of their 'tongue in cheek' performance at the MTV Awards.

Seems like it might be difficult to get something good enough for closeups except for very specific characters and chaste brother-sister kisses.

Facial animation, unless you use facial mocap, and characters engineered to -use- that kind of data, is still the province of manual keyframing, just as posing hands/fingers and feet/toes are. Unless you can find someone who has done it and released it, your best bet is to find a kissing scene in a video that you like, capture it, do a frame by frame step, and copy it. And be prepared to create some custom morphs, or do some work with magnets of the morph brush.....

Thanks for all the help and info. How ever, I still find it amazing that it wasn't this difficult for the animators who created the giving head bvh's on www.renderotica.com.  Which also was close contact, facial motions.

I'm not bashing renderotica. I just believe that this motion can be made.

 At lease the body motion. The in between technical stuff can be tweeked by the artist or consumer who puchase it. Ya know, one person creats something and then the rest of the community (here) starts to build on top of it to make it better.

I poked around on the site yesterday. Renderotica does have a kissing bvh in their freebees section. I believe it said it was for V4, M4. Almost all the freebies on that site are for V4 and M4. Doesn't anyone use the other models?

I desire a real time bvh animation. Not (really) something I tweeked together in my tools.

I humbly say, some of us have the skills to do what others can't pull off in poser. I know what I am good at and where I have challenges. This is where I press towards the community. Yeah, I can even attempt to pull something off with the kissing poses already made. How ever, I try to be as professional as I can be with my presentations. So I would prefer to call on some one greater then myself in this area.

Ok what exactly do you mean by "realtime" BVH??

BVH, the aging "biovision" format is from the result of capturing actual humans "filmed" with special optical  Equipment
acting out the motions on a film stage.

While there are some Lower cost Capture rigs available these days it is not likely you are going to get "the community" to set up a Mocap stage  and hire actors to create these limited use BVH files you desire.

those Erotic Motions they have over there are NOT from Live human capture on a vicon stage but from skilled poser animators using the graph editor& Dope sheet
have you consider Contacting one of them over there and arranging for  the creation of some $$custom motion$$ specific to your needs???

Thanks... I honestly think those guys at renderotica wouldn't be interested in making simple clean motions between a man and a women (because there trait of field). So I just go to other sites like renderosity, most dig and the others. This is desired on mocap however, if some one can swig it in straight tools of poser, theres the expert I'm looking for.

Their only motivation is probably making money like every other merchant. If you offer to pay, or convince them there is enough of a market to make a profit, I'm sure they would be happy to do it.

Wolf can speak with authority here, but I think you're talking about a very small market to begin with (Poser animators), and a product with such close interaction of figures that if done well,  any morphs are going to throw things off and require a lot of the tweaking you refer to. I looked at a couple of the animated promo gifs and it looks like the 'rotica stuff has one figure doing most of the 'work,' so to speak, and only one or two points of body contact.

You're talking about fondling, hair stroking etc. I can only imagine how much tweaking would be required once you change anything beyond the reference setup. Doable, yes but I'm guessing that a lot of those with the skill and inclination to tweak to that degree and a desire for high quality also have the skill to do it from scratch - possibly faster than some could fix up a generic pose. So, not to be discouraging, but I think it's a small subset of an already small subset in terms of a market. You're probably looking at a custom job and those are not cheap. I didn't see any kissing mocap for any platform  in a quick google search except for something maybe for Second Life, so I'm not surprised that there may be none for Poser. If you manage to find one or get it created, I'd love to see it though.
