Try VirtualDub (Windows App) - http://www.virtualdub.org/download.html
This free app will do what you're looking for.
I personally, use AE to convert image sequences into .mov files, but VirtualDub is a cheaper solution (free).

Yes you can use Blender to put together the final movie. You should be rendering to still images and put the images together in comp. That way, if it crashes, you don't loose everything, and also, if you change something you only need to rerender the changed portion. Almost always render to stills then composite.
Thanks for all good advice and tips!
Today I got reply from DAZ about my Error Report! I need to uninstall DAZ and get the newest version first and also try to get more RAM. Also a note of that I will run out of memory on 32 bit version when trying to render large/complex scenes. So a 64 bit version only and latest version of DAZ.
Render to images sounds like a better idea and now I think I got an idea how to put them together into a movie with Corel Studio Pro I use! I got some tip about how to do it and then some trying and error until I got it to work with not spending to much time!
I found a way to select all images and then copy them to clip board. After install all images in a sequence from my folder I could hightlight all of them in Corel by holding down CTRL+ALT key and then mouse click there the images was placed! Then all selected drag them down to clip board!
Also on clip board I select the first high-lighted the first image then press shift key down and then select the last images for the movie! That they all get selected and then I could edit the time for each frame to be shown! So all 150 images was edited at the same time! This way I did not know was possible to do but it save lots of time instead of working with one frame at the time! The movie is just 5 seconds long and it end up almost the same in Corel and also looks ok!
Here is the movie!

Thank you Hiro!
I did a small mistake doing the animation! Both cars coming from the left driving to the right, stop at the same time but have different start position! If you look careful you will see the second car closing in to the car in front! I should have make the stop position furhter away for the first car! This is the first animation that I manage to get the lightning ok and also have a distance light acting as sun! So some nice shadows on the street and even from the passing cars!

I run Windows 7 64bit OS! DAS Studio Pro 4.5! Then rendering all images and doing animation it crash and want me to send an error report to DAZ. I have used 4 distance light with no raytrace shadows on! The movie is only 5 seconds long! I try to render only a second at each time! 25 frames about!
The help I need is to find another application for making all rendered images into a movie! I can render all images separately and then make the movie!
I have tried Corel Video Studio Pro but the problem with that is: It is not possible to set speed of each image to 1/30 of a second so you end up with 30 frames/second movie! You end up with a slide show instead! The other issue is you can only edit one frame at the time to lower the time!
I have no idea if I can import images to Blender and then use Blender to make the final movie!
If you know a application that solve my problem I will be very happy!
