or a Mac equivalent and then reinstalling, it should work after this.

I have the updated version. Just upgraded last week. Poser will not open because it's telling me the "license isn't valid."
Except that it is valid, and "Not required" is in the Previous Serial field.
In other words, it's claiming the Poser license I just purchased as an upgrade is not valid, but will not allow me to enter the previous serial or the serial for Poser 11 that's listed in my account. Because of this error (and yes, it's the 11.2 version), Poser won't run at all.
I'm seriously considering requesting a refund or doing a chargeback at this point because I paid $100 for software that cannot be launched.
