I'm not quite sure what you mean, and the image of the Simulation Settings pane doesn't show whether you had Frames to Simulate set to Current Frame or Animated. If it was Animated, drag the play head to the end and you should see the final drape.

Yes, if you set it to Animated then the final drape would be in the last frame you simulated. Of course the plane does need to have enough divisions to bend - if that is a single division plane then it won't drape nicely whatever you do.
