@Jenn, that's good to know. Mergers and transitions often lose or delete such information.

Thank you, Jenn. I've submitted another ticket describing the technical issues. Hope I have better luck than I did submitting a ticket to ask for my serial number and being told to ask Smith Micro.

I bought Poser Pro from Smith Micro about seven years ago and had been using it regularly, upgrading whenever a new version was released. When I upgraded to the Bondware version I suddenly had problems* which I invested a great deal of time trying to resolve before finally giving up last December. I put my 3D projects on hold because Poser was simply too frustrating to work with. Yesterday I decided to see if the problems had been resolved. I downloaded 11.3.818 and then realized that I needed the serial number. So I opened the previously installed 11.2 version and saw that the serial number was missing from that as well. I checked my emails to find it on the Smith Micro receipt and realized I'd deleted the old emails. So I contacted Bondware who suggested I contact Smith Micro. Seriously, does anyone think Smith Micro would bother to respond when they don't even own the app now, even if they still have the information? Why doesn't Bondware have the information? Fortunately, I was able to retrieve the serial number from a screen capture I'd forgotten about, but Poser still has the same problems.
