Subject: Where are the support files?!

So I've been Googling like crazy but can't find a damn thing. Where do I download the Poser 11 support files from?!

In poser 11 / 12 you will find the extra content files in the purchases tab on the library panel.

the support files are installed with the main program.

I don't seem to have them. "Poser Reference Manual.pdf" just tells me to go download and install them. I have Poser 11.0.8.34338, if that means anything.

go to https://www.posersoftware.com/downloads/11 enter your serial number when asked. then you'll get a list of download files, including one called posersupport.exe.

You might as well update your software while you're at it. The current and final version is 11.3.818.

11.0 is the last smith micro version of the software and will no longer work correctly ( if at all ) . Since ownership has changed, you should update your software as suggested by hborre.

You can do either, installing over 11.2 would give the added option of retaining your current settings.
