Hey, admin guys: how come you deleted my last message in the "Threatening Members" thread? I posted it before the thread was locked. I didn't say anything wrong in it did I? I was just trying to support Dendras. Please IM me and let me know what I said that got the message deleted. Thanks.

Dendras I want to clarify that I meant Ron's actions when I said this has gone on long enough. He has got into it with many people here, newbies, users and vendors alike. A best he is a daily inconvience on the forums and at worst he is excellent at causing threads to burst into flames. I'm not really into seeing someone get bashed by the powers that be, but at a certain point something needs to be done. From what I know of you I didn't believe that you sent that message nor do I think you would be stupid enough to send one like that. A forwarded message can have any sort of text added to it. Moon: Thanks. I took it the way you meant it. It just opened my eyes a bit. And I appreciate the very kind comments you all have made. Even at this very moment I'm getting barraged with emails demanding that I "admit I made a mistake." Man, I am TIRED of this. It's been the better part of 24 hours, non stop. I just want out. It's like it NEVER STOPS. Read some of the previous threads, and I think you can spot the TOS violations yourselves. The admin does nothing, which tells me everything I need to know... and this is the second time I've been involved in a situation like, same lack of response from the admin. This site stopped being fun sometime last night. Who wins? Why, no one, of course. But at least I'll get some relief from the non-stop posts, IM's, emails, and baseless accusations.

Thanks, Doc. I can imagine... It being my fiirst one, I'm not only saving it, I actually forwarded that one to both my ISP and to the FBI field office in Detroit, MI. Like 7-11, they're open 24 hours, apparently. Now they can save it too. Funny that all these years I was with Renderotica and Thralldom I never got one. Then I visit here for a day, and....well....you know.

For what its worth Dendras, I too have been invokved in an altercation very recently with this creature called RonKnights! In fact not only was I insulted and berrated by this member for sticking up for 'other members' in the forum that had been abused and demeaned and insulted by him as he demanded that his wishes be adhered to, but I was also threatened by him with TOS violations and admin intervention if I persisted in harrassing him. Refusing to bow down to his self righteous attitude I immediately contacted the admins and requested advice. Their advice was to ignore him......so i sent him a final reply to his IM's telling him that I didnt want to hear from him again...and I told him he was an ASS. He then wrote again and insisted that I was violating his demand for not IM'ng him, and that he would no longer tolerate it.... This IM was passed on to an admin, and he was asked to desist with his actions. Note now..instead of him stopping his crap.....he then went on to IM other members of RR and telling them that he had been attacked by a woman who had repeatedly abused him etc etc, and when he asked her to stop she went and reported him.....this was not the case. He has a habit of making allegations of abuse, and blaming others for his malcontentment. Please do NOT leave.....he is not worth it, and I know for a fact that many many members would agree with this point. It is time for the Admins to actually stop this member from being such a thorn in everybodies sides, and misrepresenting the facts to make himself look good in the eyes of this forum!

Web communities are transient. A year from now there will be very few names you recognize, but the activity level will be the same.

And THAT is exactly the attitude I was describing that's led me to quitting. Renderosity will have its traffic, and what happens to individual members is of no importance to them. I would add, however, that the other web communities I'm a part of are noty transient, save for a constant influx of new members. Dendras! I still think you're making a mistake by packin' up your Tinker-Toys an' leavin. There will always be malcontents and wankers. I'm not telling you , nor anyone else, how to react to the 'ronknights' of the world... but he's one inconsequential insufferable spek. Not worth the aggrivation. Most of the time I find these people to be a source of great amusment. I really don't give a rat's ass what kind of hissy-fit somebody throws. I just sit back and laugh, occasionaly adding a little fuel to the fire just for shits `n' giggles. Also, remeber the views of one admin are not nessacarily 'policy'. They are hardly infallible. And their departures had nothing to do with this community being transient.

It's a viscious circle, because as an artist, people expect you to be sensitive, how would you create art without that!? - but sadly, you have to detach your sensitivity from the talentless and jealous wankers that prevail here. Gee Ron.....from what we see here and in other posts, it seems the only one who insults and threatens people and then cries harrasment on response is YOU. You cant abuse some one or demand they do your bidding and then tell them they cannot respond to your abuse or demand! It seems to me, judging from various posts I have read recently, and from both accounts in this very post that this is what you do all the time. You insult people, you make your demands, and then tell them they cannot respond, yet if they do , you will report them. Have you ever heard the story of Peter and the Wolf? However, the criticism is only constructive in your own personal opinion, others feel it is abusive, and then you cry "VICTIMISATION". For the record.....I happen to agree with most of the opinions I have read in this forum, and I will add to this my own 2cents worth: You are an opinionated asshole who claims TOS violations, harrassment and abuse when it suits you. You cry victimisation and abuse when you are feeling guilt, and then you transport that guilt and serve it up as someone else's fault. People like you NEVER take responsibility for their own actions. It is ALWAYS someone else's fault. You know the funniest thing I find about this absurdity :- You are supposedly a minister or minister's partner. Okay, I was going to stay out of this thread, but....I can't ,I probably should, but I just plain can't. Right now, BOTH of you (Ron and Dendrus) are disruptive. I really don't care anymore how this got started or even who started it. Ron, I don't know you except from your posts. You do have a way of aggravating people. You don't know when to just sit back and keep quiet no matter what is being said. Sometimes silence is the best thing instead of continually pushing someone's buttons on purpose. Stating something once to prove a point is a good thing, but if you have to state it over and over because you don't think people are getting it, it's not that...it's just that they don't like to be nagged or hit over the head with someone's opinion all of the time. Just like kids, we all just stop listening. On the other hand, I have seen you be quite helpful sometimes. That is the Ron that everyone wants to see. Dendras, I know you a little better, having had a run in or two a while back with you while being an admin and helping with the store at 3dcommune. So, you are't innocent either.
