Hmmm...very interesting Xena. I was actually trying to simulate just that effect in Photoshop yesterday with absolutely no luck. Will have to make a special trip to the grocery store tonight for sure. Thank you!

Go to Amazon and check out any of the "WOW" books by Jack Davis and Linnea Dayton. There is a "WOW" book for Illustrator by different authors also. I'm sure you'll be all set in less than a week. And don't mind the folks that suggest you use the manuals - I've hardly used any of these for anything. The manuals are written by the folks that make the software and as such they get too technical for me.

Your .obj files might not be in the right place anymore. You can open the .cr2 of the bodies or props which are missing (right-click/open with... - I usually use Wordpad) and look for a line which reads something like, "Geometries:MilWom: ..." and make sure it matches what's in your Poser 'Geometries' folders. Usually when I load an item and it doesn't appear but is listed, I've found that the .obj file is missing or is incorrectly mentioned in the .cr2 file. Hope this helps.

Had an Athlon 1800XP with 512mb of DDR 2700 RAM and a GeForce4 TI 4600 built at CompUSA last week. Oh My! Takes me about half the time to render as it took on my Dell 8000 Inspiron laptop with a P3 800 with 512mb SDRAM and a GeForce2M. CompUSA has very reasonable prices (I think) and a nice warranty on their custom built systems. The one above ran me about 1700 bucks with WinXP Professional (very nice OS so far). The case is the same as what Alienware uses. Scotty, I need more power!

Cheers go out to Traveler also. Just wish I could get ANY morphs I create with Rhino to work much less as neat and fast as Traveler :( Well, I'm also glad to see that Vicky (wow-it's amazing how attached we get to a bunch of polygons) is not being replaced by Stephanie even though Stephanie's elbows look better :). Doesn't hurt either that it was a free d/l :) Thanks Mike!
