Hi Esther. I know that may have sounded like silly question, but we just finished a job creating 3D ground environments at several different altitudes for a parachute training simulator. Although our aerial shot is a view from a much higher altitude than the background scene in the image with Steves cool helicopter (choppers dont fly as high as planes, that makes sense;) but this is the only image I have. This is a 3D model, and these are texture maps (one of many) that Tom created for this job. He may have some images at lower altitudes, but because he had to make sure his graphics worked properly with their simulator engine, he completed all the work on a system they provided him with (with the sim engine on it) and was therefore not hooked up to his network, or the internet. So I never got to see the closer shots. Hw built some buildings, and a runway, and a whole bunch of stuff, but I only saw the pieces. Looks pretty photorealistic though, dont you think? XO, Pam

I just read the contest rules over myself before I even read your post. But their contest is already over and winners are to be announced today. I'll double check with Traveler on this, but I don't see the harm in people submitting their entries here as long as theiirs is over.v Besides, it must be a X-mas theme and one of our models must be in it, so I don't know how many entries over there would fit our contest rules, anyway... I just thought since it's so close to X-mas and people are so busy that they really don't have time to put a render together. I thought it might be nice to give everyone a little break and a chance to win. Now I knd of wish I had allowed more than one entry per person. It made the judging a little wacky las time..... having people tie themselves for placement. But that's how it wound up.... Weve got a guitar w/stand for rock'n around the X-mas tree. ;) We also have a ticket booth, but that's about it. Not very X-mas-like items, but it doesn't matter as long as you have just one iw43d model you can work into your X-mas Scene. We've also got lots of furniture items under $5- and our little X-mas "Toon Character" guys are only $7.50 through the holidays. But I'm sort of getting into an area that would be better served/discussed on the Product Showcase Forum... so I'm going to leave well enough alone here before I get into trouble here. All you need to do is contact me at pam@iw43d.com with whatever you would like to purchse for someone. You just need to tell me which model(s) and also provide me with their e-mail address. I will put the models up to our secure ftp site in a folder makred with thier name and send them the download information. 50% ot the listed price is just then sent directly topam@iw43d.com with the model order in the notes section and teh recipients name. That's it. I will contact your recipient and all they need to do is download with the information I provide them with. keweljewels your comment cracked me up (especially with your logonn name... sort of a twisted sense of humor I have LOL ;) Dave-so - My programmer would kill me if I did that. Besides, anyone could have reserved a model until the 31st at half price if they would have done so before the sale ended, and if they were on our mailing list. We've got 10 new mat poses in addition to our 8, compliments of RonS. Thank you Ron, these are stellar! We have updated the archives the model zip file to include these new mats in P4, but have a separate file you may drop in for P5. If all who have purchased the CV 4in1 Car would please contact me to let me know which Version of Poser you are using, it would be most helpful.
