I removed the post. My apologies, I thought everyone could see the entrants.
Bit late now really as the post has been up for a few days now; perhaps if JenX's post had been addressed sooner - and as admin you really should be kept informed of rules and regulations regarding competitions etc.

Before I vote I wonder if the question raised by JenX here https://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/?thread_id=2905962 could be addressed, thank you.

No there's no special process its one of the advantages of the genesis range. As long as you have V7 then you have her UV's load Genesis 3 female spin the dials to the shape you want and apply V7 skin you want. If you have Rune 7 (for example) you can dial in V7's shape but use the Rune skin.

@tparo
Thank you for you concerns, but Chelsea didn't say anything that even remotely implies DS users are unwelcome, and it is perfectly acceptable to afford professional courtesy to the Official Daz page by not duplicating a FB page. I am very sorry you do not feel welcome and you may sitemail any incident that may have made you feel as such and it will be brought before the staff for appropriate actions. (this thread is not an appropriate place to air personal grievances). I myself am a Daz user and have never felt anything but complete acceptance of my art on Renderosity. My gallery is full of art created from Daz and Photoshop. I have won contests, been featured many times, had several articles written in the magazine about my art, and been awarded AOM. And, of course, been accepted as a Coordinator on Staff, and all as a Daz user.
Working together in a positive and constructive manner we can move forward to create a better art site. The idea to have members create banners is a wonderful step forward. You have my deepest respect for your passion to want Renderosity to be the best it can be, and I look forward to seeing you post art in your gallery, and perhaps even submit banners that can be displayed.
Erm I never mentioned any personal grievances please don't put words in my mouth or meanings into my posts that aren't there. There is nothing positive or constructive about making a post about bringing the community together and then cutting out a part of that community because you don't want to hurt the feelings of your competitors; I'm at a loss to see how creating a Renderosity DS users face book page is duplicating Daz's page. Also there seems to be conflict of information as LPR001 seems to be under the impression that the oversite was do to lack of staff. And I removed my gallery a while ago when they made the adverts bigger than the thumbnails and cramped the images up so the adverts overshadowed everything.

I'm so very sorry about this. I am subscribed to this thread but I honestly haven't received any emails notifying me about a response (other than Boni's) so I just assumed no one was interested. I wouldn't ever intentionally read something and not respond to it. It is my fault that I haven't came back in here and checked. I admit that.
The in-office staff and I have talked about having a Daz Studio page but right now it isn't in the works. I will tell you what I told another member over sitemail. The reason for this is because the official Daz 3D page has 24,000+ likes. They do a great job with their Facebook page and if we create a page for Daz at Renderosity, the perception would be that we are trying to target their users and get them to come to Renderosity.
...
AHmm so are you saying that you don't want us DS users here? Got to admit that I rarely feel welcome and cutting us out of something that you claim is designed to bring the community together seems a bit clear, sorry but your reason really doesn't wash with me; do you really expect me to contribute to the community and spend in your store when you make it clear that we are not part of that community because you don't want to step on Daz's toes - are they buying you out as well as RDNA.

All that package does is give you the base V4 shape, it doesn't give the ability to transfer V4 character morphs onto Genesis 2, you need GenX for that. I think that Lana and Maya only had textures neither had a morph. The image you posted states its Lana texture and V4 shape.

If you are talking about the SympaticoStudios images then its not just one person, from what I can gather its a collection of artist that do commission work.

Thread: wearables geometries shell tattoos ? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
DS has the ability to create Geometry shells for any object, its a shell and therefore takes up a lot less memory; they are being used quite a lot now for several purposes, the new bodysuit at Daz uses them. They are easy enough to create with an object selected just go to create and select Create New Geometry Shell, you get a choice of how you want the geometry shell to attach, the shell has the same uv and mat zones as the original, pretty useful things. I don't know Poser well enough to know if it has anything equivalent.

It's also a pity she is obviously too busy to reply as that unfortunately just reinforces the perception, or is it just that notifications are broken again here, although I seem to be getting them.

@tparo It wasn't for any other reason than we didn't have the staff at the time available to look after a Daz Studio page on facebook as I recall it so it didn't go ahead.
...
Thank you for the reply LPR001, though I'm very dissapointed by what you have said its seems another indication that Rendo don't really want DS users in their forums, its also confusing as the OP post says you are trying to ''spread awareness of Renderosity and all that it has to offer on social media and bring new members to the site'' how is that going to happen if you cut out a large chunk of users, most of the items in the store are for DS and yet you don't seem to want to incorporate those uses into the community, or even to spread the word to new DS users - honestly this site has such a strange way of going about business.
Thread: Weird rendering issue - (Cinderella Gown right sleeve) | Forum: DAZ|Studio
OK I'm getting this as well, tried a few things and couldn't work out what the problem is. I took the texture map into Photoshop and flipped the Right sleeve diffuse texture so it becomes the the same as the left sleeve, and used this, both sleeves then render the same, but I can't see any difference in the textures maps, its rather weird. I would report it to Daz.
