There is a free downloadable action at www.fredmiranda.com, called SI for Stair Interpolation. I am just attempting a print (of Feet of Clay, actually) that I doubled in size using it. I did go ahead and reduce the PPI, to print smaller at higher res. I will let you know if it passes muster. Sue

Jordy--I love it. Pure abstraction with bright spectral colors, simple and clean. You ever print it out? Slynky--really pure months and miles only; at this point, my vices (except swearing) have pretty much outlived their usefulness, so I'm clean, dude, LOL. Thanks for the thought, though. Sue

Well I like them real well, and I'm not sure how to make them more interesting. You can always adopt weird shooting angles, if it's appropriate to the ends...What are you using them for, again? You really nailed the exposures btw. Good job. You know I didn't even notice the religious icon til you mentioned it...

Alpha I looked it up. Contrasty is indeed a word, and I will be happy to smack anybody who doesn't believe it upside the head wit' a dictionary LOL. PunkClown- The worst thing that happens if you lecture is somebody learns sumthin' PhrankPower- Thanks... Sue

Another good place to look is Steve's Digicams in the Public Discussion Forums. There is a lot of chat there, even today, about the Dimage 7. Sue

Yep. I now think you are roughly twice as a attractive as you were before I knew you had a ferret. LOL Nobody sleeps like ferrets do. I used to have to check my guys, to make sure they hadn't accidently strangled themselves. Sue

Thanks folks. There's actually not a whole lotta pshop here. ISO200, 1/90 at f/5.6, handheld with 28-135 IS at 95 mm. It is contrast masked, with levels adjusted on both layers. Background has had curves adjusted somewhat. It's been sharpened and cropped a bit. Oh I think I used a new action to settle down the noise, which is considerable at ISO200. There was nothing done to this image that wasn't done to all of it, and it is all one image. I never thought about it before, but I.m guessing that the mechanical behavior of water IS fractal. That's probably what attracts me so much... I did all of it to make it look like what I remember, but punchier. I am wondering if it is too contrasty now? Phrankpower, who are the Bryce people? Sue

Nice photo, wonderful use of the light to get fabulous pop. BTW, I don't think it's even a little bit creepy...? I guess I didn't see any of those movies, although there was that one with Ann Margaret and Anthony Hopkins. Sue
