I use poser and now even C4D CE6. I want to make poser props and even figures in C4D and render poser figures in C4D. Its no opposition between poser and some other arts ore software. My thirst intent to start with C4D was as a support for poser but still a newbe I understand I can go much fare in my art with this type of aps. Ok Im a little bit bored about the horde of poser pinups. But I have posted some of them my self. It's a common motive in al form of arts. There are lots of pretty god stillebens, spaceships and landscapes in the advanced 3D aps galleries. Its good stuff made from scratch by the artist them selves. But some of these have the characteristics of tutorials, its not special talent. To create a real human meshes in 3D are difficult. The lack of pinups in hi end 3D galleries reflect only the difficulties to make them not that there are bad art. And its another question way this type of motives is so common.

In some 3D magazines there is a free version of Cinema 4D. It's a excellent modeller and the easiest to learn of the full 3D aps. The versions have limited reder output but if you are quick you can upgrade it to a full version C4D CE+ this month for a small price.

You can make simple figures in poser. Dr geep ad a tutorial about that. There are some free software you maybe can use for figure creation. Vings3D and Animore. I have fetched the free version of Cinema 4D from a magazine, in a superb app and can be used for advance modelling. For the pay aps, Rhino is a good alternative I have tested it and I like it. Butt modelling a human face is hard, I have give it up. I model simple characters as insektoids and robots and of coarse lots of props

Good. You wanted some constructive critics? Its hard to do. Maybe its become bad if you follow them. You may think more about the face expression and maybe the contrast, darker skin or maybe something in the background. Its unclear if you want her looks scary, sexy or cute. Simple as you do it is good for toon render, so do not ad props if not necessary.

I have Bryce5. You can not import poser animations to Bryce. There is some application (Natural pose) make its possible to import, but I have no experiences about it.
